Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Bella Vita Dance Company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Bella Vita Dance Company provides Latin dance instruction including group classes, private lessons, and special event preparation (such as wedding first dances). Services are provided at our studio location in Manchester, NH.

Registration and Payment

• All class registrations must be completed online or in person before attending.
• Payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged.
• We accept major credit cards processed securely through Stripe.
• Prices are subject to change; registered students will be notified in advance of any changes.

Pathway Refund Policy

• Full refund available within the first week (2 classes) if you're not satisfied.
• After the first week, no refunds are available.
• You may transfer your enrollment to a future cohort if needed (one transfer per enrollment).

Class Policies

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class to check in.
• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes with smooth soles (avoid rubber-soled sneakers).
• Photography and video recording during classes is not permitted without prior approval.
• We rotate partners during group classes; you may dance with various partners.
• Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from class without refund.

Assumption of Risk

Dance instruction involves physical activity that carries inherent risks. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that you are physically able to participate and assume all risks associated with dance instruction, including but not limited to muscle strains, falls, and other injuries. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any new physical activity.

Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bella Vita Dance Company, its owners, instructors, and staff shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in our classes or use of our facilities. By registering for classes, you agree to release and hold harmless Bella Vita Dance Company from any claims related to your participation.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, videos, and choreography, is the property of Bella Vita Dance Company and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

SMS/Text Message Terms

Bella Vita Dance Company offers SMS messaging services including class reminders, booking confirmations, promotional offers, and important updates.

Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency & Rates

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
