Bella Vita Private Lesson Policy

To book a private lesson or package, full payment is required upfront through our secure Stripe booking link. Your time slot is not confirmed until payment is received.

Rescheduling Policy

- You may reschedule up to 48 hours in advance of your scheduled lesson.

- One reschedule per lesson is allowed at no charge.

- Additional rescheduling requests will not be honored, and the session will be forfeited.

- No-shows or reschedule requests made within 48 hours will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a refund.

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson are non-refundable.

Refund Policy for Private Lesson Packages

- You may request a refund only if 1 or fewer sessions have been used.

- If 2 sessions have been completed, you may receive 50% of the remaining value.

- If 3 or more sessions have been used, the package is non-refundable.

Package Expiration

Private lesson packages must be used within 3 months of purchase unless otherwise arranged. This ensures continuity and progress in your training.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

All cancellations or reschedule requests must be made in writing — via email, WhatsApp, or text message — and must receive a confirmation response.
