What should I wear to class?
Wear something comfortable that you can move in โ think workout clothes or anything breathable.
For shoes, bring dance shoes or clean, smooth-soled shoes that stay secure on your feet. Avoid sneakers with too much grip, flip flops, or boots. Here are some good shoe brands!

Do I need a partner?
Nope! You do not need a partner to join any of our classes or pathways.
We rotate partners during class so you can learn to connect with different dancers โ and it helps everyone grow faster.

I have no dance experience. Can I still join?
Yes! The Foundations Pathway and Free Intro to Salsa are designed specifically for beginners. Weโll walk you through everything step-by-step โ no experience needed.
How do I get started at Bella Vita?
We make it easy!
Start by signing up for our Free Intro to Salsa class โ itโs beginner-friendly and a great way to try out the studio, or schedule a free 30-minute assessment with Rose to help place you into the right Pathway Program based on your experience, goals, and availability.
You can start at the beginning of any month โ thatโs when new students are welcomed into their pathway group!

Bella Vita is a technique-based, community-driven dance studio.
We focus on helping students truly understand the fundamentals of Latin dance โ connection, movement, musicality, and more โ in a supportive and welcoming environment. We believe great dancing starts with great technique, and we make that fun, accessible, and empowering for everyone.
What kind of classes do you offer?
Bella Vita offers two kinds of learning experiences:
Pathways โ Structured 3-month programs with weekly training, workshops, open practice, and real technique. Choose from Foundations, Progression, or Elevate. These are commitment-based and ideal for dancers who want to grow with purpose.
Drop-In Classes โ A few flexible options each week like Open-Level Bachata, the Free Intro to Salsa, and rotating Wednesday Workshops.
